More ABOUT ME
You just need to create the right conditions.
Although my professional path—both as a lawyer and in business—led me toward managing a variety of operational processes, there came a point when I asked myself: what truly gives me the greatest satisfaction? Over time, by carefully observing myself and my experiences, I discovered that the most fulfilling moments involve watching those around me—my loved ones, colleagues, clients, and friends—make significant, positive changes in their lives, relationships, and careers.

These aha! moments, which often echoed throughout our conversations, made me realize how powerful the human mind is in solving problems when given the right conditions. I've found that this is what drives me—in life and at work—enabling people to discover their strengths, reach their potential, and think outside the box.
I've spent the last ten years working on a variety of projects: corporate, such as implementing GDPR at UBS ; passionate, such as building Love Catering from scratch, which required tackling the significant challenge of rebuilding and recapitalizing Moonlit SA in 2020; and startups, such as serving as a regular advisor to the board of Antistatic Inc., supporting the company from incorporation, through subsequent financing rounds, and expanding its operations outside the US; and others as an independent consultant. I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer of the NTAX law firm.
The sum of my professional experiences and those stemming from my personal history have given me a holistic and non-linear approach to life, work, and the world around me. I take a broader perspective, combining curiosity with keen observation to gain the deepest understanding of my field. This allows me to recognize the "butterfly effect"—the impact of even the smallest changes on a person's life or the functioning of a company. I'm fascinated by neuroscience and the enormous role our neurotransmitters and hormones play in the process of change—from the brain's flow state to the way we create new habits and strategies.
In my work with clients, I utilize an Ericksonian coaching approach—focused on solutions and focused on the future. I accompany individuals at life's crossroads as well as professionals facing professional change. I help them discover resources, build strategies, and take the next steps toward a vision they choose for themselves.
Privately, I find my ZEN in the kitchen, I am passionate about cars, I box, shoot and go for walks with Cheeba.
