and what is this "coaching"???

Coaching. No incense, no black magic, no "motivational" buzz.

OK. So maybe first, what coaching isn't.

No, coaching isn't about someone locking you in a room, lighting candles, and telling you your chakras will align. And no, it's not about therapy where someone digs into your past until they find the moment someone took your rake in kindergarten. Therapy is great—we just don't talk about it.

Coaching is also not a process in which a very arrogant person orders you to get up at 5 a.m. to be a winner.

MON DIEU!

WHAT IS THIS?

You've probably encountered this invisible roadblock in your life—when everything seems fine, but something keeps you stuck. Or a recurring pattern that works against you, even though you promised yourself it would be different this time.

Coaching is simply the science and art of well-conducted conversation . A conversation that helps you enter a state where your brain suddenly stops spinning its wheels and starts generating meaningful solutions. Psychologists and neuroscientists call this flow —I call it a moment when the world stops interrupting you for a moment, and you see what truly needs to be done. And during this time, I create the conditions in which your neurotransmitters can do their best work.

In all of this, a coach isn't your mentor, your director, or someone who tells you what's "right." Rather, they're an attentive and empathetic witness. A companion along the way. Sometimes, they'll ask a question that makes you think, "Damn, that was right under my nose the whole time!" And that's precisely the point.

Because coaching isn't there to fix you . You're good just the way you are. They're there to bring out the best in you and help you translate it into action.

And how does it work?

Process

The coaching process is structured and specific.

We start by contacting you and arranging an introductory session.

During this initial conversation—in person or online—we get to know each other and discuss what you'd like to change in your life, what challenges you face, and which areas you'd like to work on. This is also the time to see if I'm the right coach for you.

Together we define the rules of our cooperation: how many times and how often we will meet, where the sessions will take place, and how we will settle our accounts.

What do the sessions look like ?

Coaching sessions have a specific structure. We begin with a brief summary of progress since the previous meeting. The first and most important element of each session is a contract. We have two types: one for the entire process and a separate one for each session. These contracts help us set the direction, maintain it, and measure progress.

In each session we set a goal and then work towards it using various coaching techniques.

We conclude by summarizing the meeting, defining its value, appreciating your work, and setting a date for the next meeting.
